Conor Heaney is the Principal of the firm. He qualified as a solicitor in 1997. The majority of his early career was spent practising criminal law. He has regularly been involved in defending clients in high profile murder and serious sexual assault cases.
Conor Heaney has a long-standing and active interest in civil cases. He regularly acts on behalf of clients who have been injured in the workplace and in road traffic accidents.
In recent years, Conor Heaney has developed a specialised interest in professional regulation and the defence of practitioners who are the subject of disciplinary or fitness to practise proceedings. He has extensively advised and defended pharmacists, doctors, accountants and lawyers whose conduct has been the subject of investigation by their respective regulatory bodies.
Conor Heaney is a Solicitor Advocate, with rights of audience in the higher courts and is a trained Mediator.
